After fire destroyed our Center in 2007, the WCDC Board of Directors was determined to launch a campaign to build a new 35,000 square foot facility on the existing 4.2 acre site in Newark, MD. With dozens of disabled adults awaiting services, this large new Center will allow us to increase the number of clients we serve, while providing them with a broader range of meaningful work experiences and life enrichment opportunities. Of the $7 million required, some 65% — $4,500,000 — has already been committed to the project, leaving just $2,550,184 more to be raised — with your help. |
